Shipping

Our shipping is made through Mail Boxes, a company that manages with other businesses such as UPS, Fedex and Correos Express. When we send your order you will receive an email from MailBoxes with a link to the company that will send your order so that you can know where it is at all times.

It is important to note that shipping times do not include production time, as this may vary depending on the product and its characteristics.

For national orders the price is € 15.00 with a period of 48 working hours (excluding Canarias).

For international orders the price depends on the destination, which you can check in the price table at the end of this document. In some cases, your order may be delayed due to customs inspections. These delays are not dependent on Vertigen.

The shipping period once production is completed is 4 working days in Europe and about 7 working days for the rest of the world.
